NFPA 1006,1670 Vehicle and Machinery Rescue Level I:  This four day course exceeds NFPA requirements.  Primary Objectives: Vehicle and Machinery Anatomy and hazards, Alternative Fuels and operating systems, Hazard Management, Stabilization, Lifting, Extrication, Dismantling, Tool Systems, Tactics, Scenario Applications.  Students will be exposed to alternative fuel vehicles and fill stations as well as passenger vehicles of all types and numerous manufacturer's tool systems.  Extrication sequences are performed at clearing lot with unlimited vehicles staged in inverted, lateral, and upright positions,  Final sequences include timed competitions as well as interstate pile up scenarios.
