Rope Tech in a Water Based Environment: This intense 5 day course exceeds NFPA 1006 for rope rescue technician with a special hybrid twist. The course is designed to prepare practitioners for advanced rope operations in environments where swift and flat water are present. Students will also perform bridge rigging to extract victim from water bodies as well as natural environments with moving water in the gorge. Highlines will be of significant focus. This course is fast paced and requires students to have a prerequisite of rope operations and swift water operations. Students must bring rescue gloves and helmets, as well as water shoes. Students should be in good physical condition. This course will be primarily conducted in Dublin, OH
